Implementations Team Lead


As Implementations Team Lead, you will lead a team of implementation engineers responsible for implementing Clutch software and services with business partners in the US and abroad.   This is a fast-paced startup environment and carries with it a high degree of responsibility.  The Clutch implementations team works with clients to deliver Clutch software with speed, reliability, and excellent customer service. 

In this role you will:

Lead a team of implementation engineer professionals.

Drive strategic initiatives to continuously improve the implementation process.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to design solutions which drive client satisfaction and improve the product delivery for Clutch’s dealer and OEM customers.

Clutch Technologies is building an entirely new industry - vehicle subscription.  Unlike a standard software installation, you will be responsible for helping Clutch customers build entirely new products and services for their consumers.

Specific responsibilities include: 

Manage day-to-day execution of Clutch software delivery to end clients.  Report project status, drive execution, and remove blockers.

Work with team to leverage project management toolkit to ensure smooth project delivery.

Create and maintain a project schedule for each implementation monitoring overall project timeline, milestones, tasks, and resources.

Work closely with product team to continuously improve the Clutch’s technology platform.

Work closely with the engineering team to deliver technology components to clients including but not limited to: customized apps, web-based tools, backend infrastructure, and telematics hardware.

Build repeatable processes for Clutch software project delivery… but know when to deviate from process to ensure on-time execution.

Work with the customer operations team to operationalize client activities including outsourced shared services and other support functions.

Take the initiative when necessary to clear roadblocks and deliver projects on time.

Create new metrics to monitor team performance and progress.  Log team project hours and track for billing.

Develop team including coaching, training, and career development.

Create training materials and execute rigorous training methodologies for new team members.

Demonstrate product functionality.  Provide technical advice to clients.

Manage escalated client issues.

Work under pressure and build team spirit within the team. 

Experience required:

5+ years in project management or similar role

Experience with collaborative, project management tools like Asana, Jira, etc.

Experience with financial modeling and analysis

PMP certification a plus but not required
