We are looking for an exceptional mind to support the launch and growth of new products that eliminate pain points of vehicle ownership. You will help create new ways to own or access vehicles that will gradually transform the automotive industry, working with major manufacturers and a wide range of dealer groups.
You should be empathetic and deeply understand both your customers (dealers, OEMs) and the end consumer, have technical know-how to write requirements and interface with your engineering counterparts, as well as understand how to take products to market, including through outside and inside sales.
Conduct customer/market research and collaborate with product team, executives, and sales to help define product strategy and roadmap.
Translate product strategy and research into detailed requirements and wireframes.
Be a team player, seek feedback and influence the right decisions.
Prioritize ruthlessly, ensuring tight alignment between development and sales priorities.
Become an authority on the complex organizational dynamics and messy legacy technologies that shape our customers' behaviors.
Champion your product internally; lead new initiatives from the ground up; then iterate on the experience using real-world usage and analytics.
1-3 years in a product-related position, exceptional recent graduates with less experience will be considered.
Know the agile process and have plenty of reps.
University degree in a technical subject (e.g., computer science, engineering) with substantive business acumen or a degree in a business subject (e.g., strategy, entrepreneurship) and substantive technical acumen.

Ability to communicate and influence across teams.
Automotive industry experience.
Experience with enterprise / B2B software.
Experience with customer journey mapping and service design
Skills to create storyboards and wireframes.
Prior entrepreneurial experience
